We started up in private practice in 2004, and we have been on an epic ride ever since. We are husband, wife and sister dentists who owe a huge thanks to our Fort Lauderdale and Broward county community in particular to the city of Plantation, FL for allowing us in helping them with our dental service. We hope the residents of Plantation would continue to be a part of our story for many more years to come.

Max Arocha DMD
Dr. Max Arocha is a healthcare entrepreneur and pioneer in medical technology, currently serving as the Founder of PharmaPhD. With a career defined by the intersection of clinical excellence and technological advancement, Dr. Arocha holds multiple U.S. and international patents in anesthesia, nanoparticle technology, and medical devices. His innovations have achieved FDA medical device clearance and include a sustained-release minocycline antibiotic currently pending FDA approval.
His contributions to medical science focus on enhancing patient safety and diagnostic precision. His patented innovations include novel methods for comfortable anesthesia delivery, infection-prevention caps for IV lines, and single-use locking safety syringes. He was also spearheading the development of cutting-edge, non-invasive diagnostic devices designed to detect Periodontitis and other systemic diseases via airborne biomarker analysis.
As a secondary specialization, Dr. Arocha is a leading Oral Implantologist and a member of the medical staff at Holy Cross Health Hospital and Memorial Regional Hospital. He is an expert in minimally invasive All-on-4® techniques, utilizing 3D surgical guides and hard tissue lasers to optimize bone regeneration. A sought-after educator, he has lectured for the National Medical Report and instructed fellow clinicians on advanced laser techniques at the World Clinical Laser Institute.
Dr. Arocha earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Temple University (2003). He completed his post-doctoral residency in Oral Surgery and Implantology at Lehigh Valley Hospital and obtained certification in IV Conscious Sedation from Montefiore Hospital and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Eitan Gross DMD
Dr. Eitan practice general anesthesiology in the city of Plantation. Dr. Eitan Gross completed his residency in general anesthesiology at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Lutheran is one of nine certified dental anesthesiology programs in the country. Dr. Gross is one of a handful of dental anesthesiologists in the state of Florida.
Dr. Gross has a strong background in hospital based general anesthesiology as well as specific training for special needs and fearful adults in the dental clinic environment.
Dr. Gross acquired certificate in general anesthesiology, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and basic life support (BLS).
Dr. Gross has also conducted research on the effects of common anesthetic medications on children.
Prior to completing his advanced residency in anesthesiology, Dr. Gross received his DMD degree from University of Pennsylvania where he received honors while working at their medically compromised clinic.
In his free time, Dr. Gross enjoys traveling, scuba diving and being with family.
Miguelina Arocha DMD
Dr. Miguelina Arocha (one of two sister dentists of Dr. Max Arocha) earned a doctorate in Dental Medicine from Temple University’s School of Dentistry in Pennsylvania. She has practice dentistry in private practice in the State of Pennsylvania and Florida where she has received great satisfaction in helping patients achieve great smiles and exellent oral health.
Dr.Miguelina Arocha is devoted to her patients, treating each with the utmost compassion and respect. Her kindness, commitment to personal care, and gentle approach to dentistry keep her patients smiling.
Raised in Browad county, Dr. Miguelina Arocha is glad to be serving the community where he grew up. She has been motivated by a desire to treat the patients with the same quality of care that they have come to expect. She is thrilled at the opportunity to do so, as well as the opportunity to meet new amazing lifelong patients and friends.
